(1994)  57 min.  As the Cold War ended, defense cuts brought job losses and hard times to communities across America.  What would it take to transform the U.S. economy once the Cold War with the Soviet Union was over?  And how could citizens, government, business, and labor take part in the process?  A special PBS national report in co-production with KCTS/Seattle and with major funding from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.  Honors:  Birmingham International Educational Film Festival.  Primetime national PBS broadcast in March and April, 1994.
